At Tech in an Instant, we strive to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. We have established a clear 30-day return policy, with free return shipping for eligible returns and no restocking fees. Please read the details below to understand our returns process.


30-Day Returns Policy

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@techinaninstant.co.uk within 30 days of the delivery date. Once your return request is confirmed, you will have an additional 30 days from the initiation date to return the item to us.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns for buyer’s remorse under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Process: Email us to initiate the return within the 30-day window. Once approved, you have 30 days to send the item back.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide free return shipping for buyer’s remorse returns. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you via email, which you are responsible for downloading and printing. You must then take the label to your local post office to ship the item back.
  • Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Condition: Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted even if the item is opened or the original packaging is missing, as long as there are no signs of accidental damage or misuse.
  • Process: Contact us via email to initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. After initiating, you will have 30 days to send the item back.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for items with verified manufacturing defects. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you, which you must download and print to return the item.
  • Refund: Once the defect is verified upon inspection, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Eligible Returns: Accidental Damage or Misuse

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of accidental damage or misuse, including but not limited to:

  • Water Damage
  • Physical Damage (such as cracks or dents)
  • Unauthorized Modifications or Tampering

Non-Eligible Returns Process:

  1. Our team will inspect the item upon receipt.
  2. If the item shows signs of accidental damage or misuse, we will notify you via email with photos and a clear explanation of why the return was declined.
  3. The item will then be shipped back to your original address at no additional cost.

Note: Returns refused due to accidental damage or misuse will not qualify for a refund.


No Replacements or Exchanges

We do not offer replacements or exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (following the guidelines above) for a refund, then place a new order.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns, whether due to buyer’s remorse or manufacturing defects.
